| i just want to say that this site is very well-maintained and updated frequently and regularly.
seriously, though...any news from our good iranian-american possibility? i haven't heard from brian in awhile. is he still interested? and now, i'm off. time to go to class..then to write some companies about funding.
that is the task for you other ast people as well. write to companies....or better yet, go in and talk to the owners/managers/etc. find out policies about donations. that is all. behave yourselves.

| The All-Summer Team announcement has been extended until December 15 in order to be completely confident in our final decision. Thanks for your patience.

| Eric's post brings up an important question. Is it a goal of the all summer team to give people a taste of long term missions work? My first thought is...maybe. On one hand, English Camp is not a very good example of long term missions and maybe it's too much to try and make it one. On the other hand, as a result of English Camp, I feel led to spend an extended time in Belarus as a long term missionary. Also, the All Summer Team provides oppurtunites for longer relationships with Belarusians, which is more like long term missions. My suggestion is that we study Russian while at follow up. We could be working on that while the follow up groups work on their studies. What do you guys think?
